Every day\, we witness the profound impact of having a dedicated 10-bed residential hospice where comfort\, dignity\, and family-centered support are at the heart of everything we do. \nHike for Hospice is a family-friendly community event that raises vital funds to sustain this essential care. Because of you\, families have a peaceful place to gather\, share precious moments\, and receive the critical support they need during one of life’s most difficult journeys. \nWe invite you to hike\, bike\, walk\, wheel\, kayak\, run\, do yoga\, or simply be active during the week of June 6–13. Choose your own distance or duration and participate in your hometown\, at your worksite\, or wherever you happen to be. \nTeams are also encouraged to come together at our Community Hike event on Saturday\, June 13 at Shanawdithit Centennial Field in Grand Falls-Windsor\, followed by a final community walk to Lionel Kelland Hospice. \nCreate a team with family\, friends\, and co-workers — or participate solo.
