Make a one time donation online now through Canada Helps.

Your cheque may be made payable to Lionel Kelland Hospice and mailed to this address:

Donate in memory of a friend or loved one. We will advise the bereaved family that the thoughtful in memory donation has been made. Donate in memory by clicking here.

By giving a regular monthly donation, whatever feels right for you, you’ll help us continue to offer free care for people with life-limiting illnesses, making their days as good as they can possibly be, and offering support to their families for as long as they need it.

You determine the amount of your monthly donation. Your donation will come to us automatically and you will receive an income tax receipt at the end of the year for the year’s total amount. Make a monthly donation by clicking here.

Leaving a gift in your Will to Lionel Kelland Hospice will ensure care, respect, and dignity to our residents and their families long into the future. Our community programs will be enhanced and expanded with your generosity. Leaving a gift in your Will ensures that your final wishes will be carried out.

Once you have provided for your loved ones, please think about leaving a gift in your Will to Lionel Kelland Hospice.

Lionel Kelland Hospice accepts donations of securities. This includes stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other products held in a brokerage account and able to be traded. It is our policy to sell all donations immediately upon receipt.

The benefits to donors are that a donation of securities results in no capital gains tax being assessed by CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and we issue a charitable tax receipt for the value upon date of transfer. We recommend that anyone wishing to make a donation of securities speak to their tax advisor. Donations of securities may be made online by clicking here.
