Annual General Meeting
Our AGM will include highlights from our 2025–2026 fiscal year, a presentation of our financial statements and annual report, and an opportunity to address any required nominations or elections for volunteer Public Directors to our Board of Directors. Voting, if required, will take place among those in attendance.
Dinner Option: Those interested are welcome to join us for complementary dinner before the meeting. You can choose to attend both the dinner and AGM or join us for the meeting only.
Menu: Creamy Sundried Tomato Pasta with Grilled Chicken and Spinach. Vegetable and Barley Moose Soup. Garden Salad with assorted dressings. Dessert table. Tea & Coffee.
