🌱 Introducing the NEW Rooted in Connection Volunteer Gardening Program! 🌱

Do you have a green thumb or simply enjoy spending time outdoors? We’d love to have you join us as we grow something truly special at Lionel Kelland Hospice.
Our Rooted in Connection Volunteer Gardening Program brings community members together to help cultivate the gardens that provide beauty, comfort, and fresh produce for our residents and families.

Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Planting seeds and seedlings
  • Re-potting plants
  • Flower care and pruning
  • Watering gardens
  • Harvesting herbs and vegetables

Kick-Off Community Gardening Event

10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Lionel Kelland Hospice, North Gardens

Help us kick-start the planting season as we prepare our new community garden for a year of growth!

  • A complimentary BBQ lunch will be provided for all participants.
  • FREE Program
  • Open to the Public
  • Registration Required
